I spent years building businesses, helping others grow, and pushing through the grind - until my body gave out. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, adrenal fatigue, type 2 diabetes, and dangerously low testosterone. My energy disappeared. My mind was in a fog. I felt like a shell of the man I used to be. My marriage was failing.

But I didn’t quit...
